How It Works
Before starting, we’ll have you complete a consent form that covers your medical history and current challenges. Your first session will include an optional, discreet mobility test to assess your current state and tailor the program accordingly.
You’ll meet with your physiotherapist once a week for four weeks. Each session is designed to build on the last, ensuring steady progress. By the end of the program, we’ll retest your mobility to showcase the improvements you’ve made, giving you confidence in your newfound stability and strength.
