I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2015 from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BSc (Hons). Since graduating, I have worked extensively within the NHS gaining experience from Paediatrics to Trauma and Orthopaedics before specialising as a senior physiotherapist in MSK outpatients.
Alongside my role in the NHS, I have worked within semi-professional football in Scotland and have balanced my work with my own love of sports, in particular playing hockey and dance.
I completed level one and two of my APPI Pilates training and am working towards my level three to add to my skills in soft tissue massage, manual therapy, taping, acupuncture and exercise provision. I have a particular interest in pelvic health and have experience with providing safe exercise during pregnancy. I am particularly passionate in encouraging exercise during and after pregnancy, however I would be glad to help with any issue presented and enjoy helping you to return to doing what you love.
