I was born and raised in Hong Kong. After qualifying as a Physiotherapist from the University of Birmingham in 2021, I started my career in private practice working across musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy clinics in Hong Kong and the UK. My particular interest in sports injuries stems from my experience representing Hong Kong in football during my teenage years.
My treatment is grounded in function and pain. I focus on providing patient-centered and holistic therapy through exercise, manual therapy, and education. My goal is to empower my patients to move without pain and achieve their individual targets. I am also trained in medical acupuncture, sports massage, and spinal manipulation. These additional qualifications have allowed me to provide my patients with a wider range of treatment options.
I enjoy spending my time outside of work in sports-related endeavors. I like to have a weekend kickabout, challenge myself in the gym and hike around nature. I wish to equip my patients with everything they require to optimize their body’s potential, enabling a new perspective in life.
