How to Claim
In order to book a physiotherapy appointment using your AXA PPP health insurance you will require a pre-authorisation number. Generally AXA PPP Healthcare will ask you to visit your GP for a physiotherapy referral in order to obtain authorisation. Once you have your authorisastion code just give us a call so we can get you booked in with one of our therapists and we will make things easier for you by billing AXA directly.
