How to Claim
In order to book a physiotherapy appointment using your Aviva personal health insurance cover you will need a pre-authorisation number. Generally Aviva will ask you to see your GP for a physiotherapy referral. Once you have your authorisastion code just give us a call so we can get you booked in with one of our therapists and we will make things easier for you by billing Aviva directly.
