What the Treatment Involves

  • Balance and movement analysis
  • Examination of the muscles and joints that may be associated with your symptoms
  • Hands-on treatment specific to your condition, including the Epley manoeuvre, the Semont manoeuvre and the reverse Epley

  • A full medical history evaluation, including symptom frequency, impact, intensity and triggers

It's possible. Vestibular assessments and treatments are designed to gently challenge your balance system, so some people may feel a little dizzy or off-balance afterwards. This is completely normal and usually settles quickly.

There's no rush to leave after your session. You're very welcome to stay with us for a short while until you feel ready to go. Your clinician will also check how you're feeling before you leave and advise you accordingly.
