Due to the COVID-19 pandemic all of our clinics are currently closed. We have moved our services to online so we can still provide access to specialist advice and home exercise programmes.
Physio Led Pilates
Are you dealing with back pain or have a history of back problems? Clinical Pilates is a Physiotherapist led matwork session that can help you to get back moving without pain. Participation in standard Pilates classes can sometimes be challenging when you are experiencing pain and other symptoms. This is why our specialist APPI (Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute) Pilates instructors will focus on coaching in a 1:1 or 1:2 setting, so that movements can be tailored and your technique can be perfected.Request a Callback Book Appointment
