An ergonomic assessment would be carried out at your place of work by a specialist physiotherapist, to make sure that your desk, chair, computer monitor and other work-related equipment are in the best position for you. Following the assessment you may be provided with a list of recommendations including posture alterations, exercises and useful aids.
