Group fitness coaching is designed to give you the same high level service delivery with the benefit of exercising with other like minded individuals. There’s truth in the phrase ‘strength in numbers’.

Group fitness coaching allows you and a group of friends or colleagues to train together to achieve your goals. We cater for all levels and abilities and you can rest assured you’ll receive the same personal coaching and guidance from your specialist trainer.

With a minimum of two people, up to a maximum of 4 people, group fitness coaching is a fun and challenging way to meet your fitness goals. Sessions take place either in our bespoke studio or outside on our lawned area. Session content and frequency can be tailored around the needs of you and your group members even if you have different aspirations.
